Trygve Stout, MBA, LUTCF
Trygve Stout, MBA, LUTCF, was born in Berchesgarden, Germany, and was raised both there and in the United States. A high school graduate of Newburgh Free Academy in Newburgh, New York, he received his AAS from Dutchess County Community College before transferring to the State University of New York at Oswego to complete his BA. Additional graduate education led to a two-year teaching position in New South Wales, Australia, where he obtained permanent certification. A two-year continuing education program, coupled with on-the-job training, resulted in his obtaining a journeyman license valid in Lower New York State as an industrial mechanic.
A desire to relocate back to Oswego provided the opportunity for Trygve to work as an agent with Northwestern Mutual Life. He served in this capacity for 22 years, while continuing to build Stout Financial Network, LLC, into a multicompany, multidimensional financial firm with business in 10 states. Trygve received his LUTCF certification in 1984 as a charter member and was chairman for two years of the Life Underwriters Training Council in Central New York.
A former board member—as treasurer and CFO—for the New York State West Youth Soccer Association, Trygve is a licensed soccer coach and sponsor/owner of five youth teams known as the Mariners. He is a former treasurer of Central New York Soccer.
In 2001, Trygve received his MBA from the State University of New York at Oswego. He is an active board member of the Syracuse Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. In addition, he has been a private pilot for four years and has recently completed IFR continuing education.
Trygve resides in Minetto, New York, with his wife of 28 years, Beatrice. They have three grown children: Antigony, Christian, and Danielle.

Joan Gallagher is the receptionist and insurance specialist for Stout Financial Network. She is a native of Oswego, New York, having grown up and attended school here. She received an associate's degree in retailing from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Because of her love of working with people, Joan spent many years in the public relations field, working for various firms in the Oswego area. She joined the Stout Financial Network team in 2006. As a valuable member of our team, her specialties include scheduling and maintaining records, electronically and in written form, as well as the day-to-day scheduling of all office activities for staff and clients alike. Joan is also a notary public.
Joan has two grown boys, and she resides in Oswego with her husband, Bill.

Debra Price was born in Oneida, New York, and is a graduate of Kingston High School in Kingston, New York. As an adult she chose to make Upstate New York her home, deciding to live and raise her children here. Debra spent much of her early career in retail management before making the transition into the financial industry. She spent seven years working in the Global Securities Operation of BNY Mellon.
In 2015, Debra joined Stout Financial Network as the office manager with daily responsibilities to oversee employees and meet client demands and needs. Specifically, she is responsible for new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, processing client requests, and overseeing daily office operations.
Debra has three grown children and resides in Mexico with her husband, Roy.

Beatrice Stout is the operations manager for Stout Financial Network.
She is a native of Delhi, New York, and graduated from Highland Falls High School in Highland Falls, New York. She is a former logistics manager for Dean Foods label in Fulton, New York, and customer service representative for Mc Lane Northeast in Baldwinsville, New York.
Beatrice joined Stout Financial Network in 2012. She brings to her position the knowledge and skills to merge the delivery of accounts; receiveable, payable, bank reconciliations; research; and purchasing for the office and its employees.
